What happens if I exhaust my pre-purchased resources or quantities during the contract period?

With the “Contract” payment agreement, you typically pre-purchase resources and quantities and agree to pay for them on a monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or annual basis. When your contract period is nearing the renewal data, our systems will alert you of renewal and followup with you to confirm the renewal. During the contract period, if you exhaust your pre-purchased resources, storage, number of users, you can simply purchase additional resources at a pro-rata rate from the date of your purchase to the end of your contract period.

With the “Pay per Use” payment agreement, you don’t have to maintain or track licenses anymore. We have simplified the entire consumption and billing process for our customers by moving to a pay per use model. In this model, you don’t buy any resources upfront and instead, go about using the service, grow or shrink as your workload changes and pay only for what you use at the end of the month (usage pro-rated by the day).
