With the “Contract” payment agreement, you typically pre-purchase resources and quantities and agree to pay for them on a monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or annual basis. When your contract period is nearing the renewal data, our systems will alert you of renewal and followup with you to confirm the renewal.
During the contract period, if you exhaust your pre-purchased resources, storage, number of users, you can simply purchase additional resources at a pro-rata rate from the date of your purchase to the end of your contract period.
The other option is to continue using the extra resources and our systems detect that your usage has crossed your original purchase and you receive a monthly bill for the extra consumption on a pro-rata basis.
With the “Pay per Use” payment agreement, there is no additional variable billing since the charge is for the actual consumption of any of the services from Mithi.
We have simplified the entire consumption and billing process for our customers by introducing the pay per use model. In this model, you don’t buy any resources upfront and instead go about using the service, grow or shrink as your workload changes and pay only for what you use at the end of the month (usage pro-rated by the day).
